wonderful gardens and a good stay!

the bed was large and comfortable i could sleep like a baby. the outdoor heated pool felt amazing at 27 degrees. the gardens looked so beautiful thanks to the grounds crew. the text message service really made communication with the front desk easy and efficient.

the bathroom light switch didn't work after dinner i really felt annoyed. taking showers in the dark wasn't fun at all. i wish housekeeping had checked it earlier.

the bar served great food i found it very convenient. the restaurant also had delicious meals available so I was satisfied. i especially liked the options available for late arrivals after a long day of travel.

the room was a good size which was great for spreading out my things. the air conditioning worked so well it maintained a comfortable temperature. the do not disturb sign was much better than the usual cardboard ones, it stayed on the door perfectly.

the location provides excellent access to the botanical garden it's really close. getting around to the central business district was also convenient i didn't encounter any issues. the hotel's curb appeal added a nice touch to the overall experience.

my king balcony room had a great charm. the bathroom felt new with excellent shower pressure. the hotel includes picturesque grounds and a beautiful water feature garden. plenty of free, off-street guest-only parking is available too.

the air conditioning only blew cold air and took multiple attempts to fix (this was inconvenient).

The shower was very small. it felt a bit cramped. the buffet was quite basic. i was surprised they charged extra for a cappuccino. Quite shocking considering the overall price i paid. the cookie at check-in was definitely not fresh. it was hard and tasted like it was a couple of days old, inedible really
